WhoisProtector™ Anti-Spam Policy

WhoisPROTECTOR PROHIBITS THE USE OF WhoisPROTECTOR SERVICES
IN ANY MANNER ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSMISSION, DISTRIBUTION,
OR DELIVERY OF ANY UNSOLICITED BULK EMAILS OR UNSOLICITED
COMMERCIAL EMAIL (“SPAM” OR “SPAMMING”).
YOU MUST NOT SPAM OR ENGAGE IN ANY TYPE OF SPAMMING ACTIVITIES
USING WhoisPROTECTOR SERVICES.
If WhoisProtector believes that you have engaged, are
engaging, or will engage in any unauthorized or improper
use of WhoisProtector Services, WhoisProtector may take
any action that is deemed appropriate at WhoisProtector’s
sole discretion (including, but not limited to, the immediate
termination of WhoisProtector Services to you without any
notice).
If WhoisProtector receives a complaint about your use
of WhoisProtector Services, then WhoisProtector will conduct
an investigation and email a complaint notice to your email
address, as maintained in WhoisProtector’s database.
If it is deemed, at WhoisProtector’s sole reasonable
determination, that you have engaged, are engaging, or will
engage in Spamming or other unauthorized or improper use
of WhoisProtector Services, or you fail to respond to WhoisProtector’s
complaint notice in a manner that is satisfactory to WhoisProtector,
then WhoisProtector may immediately terminate the provision
of any or all WhoisProtector Services to you without any
further notice. Termination of WhoisProtector Services will
result in your personal information appearing in the public
Whois database. WhoisProtector also reserves all other rights
and remedies as provided by law and by contract as per the
WhoisProtector Services Agreement.
Failure to enforce this Anti-Spam Policy in each instance
does not amount to a waiver of WhoisProtector’s rights.
Use of WhoisProtector Services is also subject to the
WhoisProtector Services Agreement and the WhoisProtector
Privacy Policy.
WhoisPROTECTOR HAS A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST SPAM.
WhoisPROTECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPORT YOUR SPAMMING
OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES TO WhoisPROTECTOR’S
PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, CO-SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES,
OR DIVISIONS.
